Contained Energy Indonesia is an established provider of renewable energy solutions to homes, villas, resorts, hotels, industry, and development projects, with over 100 projects to its name in its 10 years existence. Founded by two long-term Dutch expats, Contained Energy focuses on quality of engineering and installation, with a team of specialists and experienced energy engineers and technicians in offices in Bali and Jakarta.
Contained Energy is currently engaged in expanding its offices in Indonesia to strengthen its sales efforts for its various products with an emphasis on its on-grid solar power systems. As part of this expansion effort Contained Energy is currently hiring for the following positions:
Accountant – Financial Controller

Contained Energy is currently engaged in expanding its offices in Indonesia to strengthen its sales efforts for its various products with an emphasis on its on-grid solar power systems. As part of this expansion effort Contained Energy aims to fill a position within its team with the addition of a Accountant – Finance Manager in its Bali office. While this position is focused on finance and accounting, it is important to note that this position will require involvement with all departments in the company.
Responsibilities
As Accountant – Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all accounting and monthly, statutory and tax reporting. You will report directly to the CFO who is mostly traveling overseas.

You will:
- maintain a full set of accounts including G/L, A/R and A/P
- control commercial sales invoices and Faktur Pajak
- perform online internet banking transactions
- maintain proper records, documents, and filing
- provide weekly cash flow forecasts
- provide monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports
Requirements
The candidate that we are looking for must have:

- the Indonesian nationality
- fluent command of the English language
- a bachelors degree or diploma/ S1 in accounting
- a minimum of 5 years work experience
- a hands-on mentality and be willing to perform all accounting tasks
- knowledge of payroll, Pph and Jamsostek calculations
- experience with internet banking and online payments

- honest, hard working and well organized
- a pro-active team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to always meet weekly and monthly reporting deadlines with little direct supervision
- an adaptable and flexible personality that is a mix of winner, challenger, and innovator
