Job Description

This GM Marketing role is responsible for all of the brand activities in Indonesia especially in retail industry. This person is expected to have a strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as capability to work independently. Other responsibilities are including:

• Well understanding about beauty retail chain and brand management in Indonesia.
• Create, implement and evaluate strategic direction of all marketing aspects of the company, including retail management (promotional activities, media plan, CRM, visual merchandising, merchandising, store operation and store expansion) and brand management (product merchandising, pricing, promotional activities and deciding distribution channels).
• Build, manage & lead a solid marketing and operation team with good team work by facilitating communication and providing support between marketing division and other divisions.
• Maintain strong relationship with principles, shopping malls, department stores and suppliers.
• Responsible for management reporting (ongoing business report and market condition) to provide insights for top management.
• Responsible for annual sales target and budget

The Successful Applicant

General Manager of Marketing will be based in Jakarta and is expected to be innovative and has a creative approach to business. Other key requirements include:

• Indonesian Nationality
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Having great understanding about all aspects of retail operation management and brand management
• Positive leadership skills and extensive capability to build a team

Accountant – Financial Controller

As part of this expansion effort Contained Energy aims to fill a position within its team with the addition of a Accountant – Finance Manager in its Bali office. While this position is focused on finance and accounting, it is important to note that this position will require involvement with all departments in the company.

Responsibilities 
As Accountant – Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all accounting and monthly, statutory and tax reporting. You will report directly to the CFO who is mostly traveling overseas.

You will:

• maintain a full set of accounts including G/L, A/R and A/P
• control commercial sales invoices and Faktur Pajak
• perform online internet banking transactions
• maintain proper records, documents, and filing
• provide weekly cash flow forecasts
• provide monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports

Requirements 
The candidate that we are looking for must have:

• the Indonesian nationality
• fluent command of the English language
• a bachelors degree or diploma/ S1 in accounting
• a minimum of 5 years work experience
• a hands-on mentality and be willing to perform all accounting tasks
• knowledge of payroll, Pph and Jamsostek calculations
• experience with internet banking and online payments

• honest, hard working and well organized
• a pro-active team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• able to always meet weekly and monthly reporting deadlines with little direct supervision

Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities within the residential and commercial markets around Jakarta and Bali while working closely with the Contained Energy team of Solution Engineers to sell the Contained Energy suite of products and close the deal.

You will:

• Acquire new business for Contained Energy
• Manage existing business relationships assigned to you by the company
• Initiate sales and marketing activities in Bali and Jakarta in coordination with the Contained Energy management team
• Analyze competitors’ activities in terms of market penetration
• Drive sales to achieve targets
• Participate in and identify networking events related to the Contained Energy product portfolio
• Regular reviews with line manager, which include: reporting on sales goals, efficiencies and overall performance, through periodical reports and one‐on‐one meetings.
• Coordinate with and develop strong working relationship with Contained Energy Technical Engineering team for cooperation during the sales process on all prospect / client deals
• Maintain and upload relevant prospect/customer information into company CRM tool (Salesforce)

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Must have Indonesian Nationality
• Must be able and willing to work with team based in multiple geographic offices
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia reading, speaking and writing. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Must be very comfortable with speaking to clients and colleagues about a technical product
• Must have strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
• Must be willing to travel between company offices and to client engagements
• Must have sales experience
• This is a fulltime position
• Previous experience in clean energy / solar power is highly beneficial but not an absolute requirement
• Pro-active team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, eager to work in teams
• An adaptable and flexible personality that is a mix of winner, challenger, and innovator
